The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) granted planning permission to Blue World City Islamabad through a letter (no. 532/10/DC dated 07-08-2018). Initially, preliminary planning permission was granted for around 427 Kanal of land. Later, another application was submitted and the society’s NOC status from RDA was listed as still being processed.
